"I enjoy poems that employ language in interesting ways to create the poetic; a poem where the voice is confident of what it is narrating, a poem with no cliches."

"In the interests of art, as the art editor for Vayavya, I wish I had recognized Vincent van Gogh when he first tried to exhibit his oeuvres but like everyone else I failed. Back then art was judged by academic standards today it is by those who create business out of art. I hope to discover not an imitator but the next Marcel Duchamp, an innovator. Art, like honest sensitive poetry, must first issue from the soul because after it is created through the intellect, anything can be written about and of it."
Alex Nodopaka originated in Ukraine-Russia in 1940. Studied at the Ecole des Beaux Arts, Casablanca, Morocco. Full time author, artist in the USA. His interests in the visual arts and literature are widely multi-cultural. However, he considers his past irrelevant as he seeks new reincarnations in independent films if only for the duration of a wink… ok, ok maybe two!
More of his work can be found here and here.
